Privacy

Game data
Game progress, preferences and replays are stored in your browser. When you share a challenge or race, its puzzle and recordings are stored with Cloudflare and accessible to anyone with the link.
Usage analytics
We automatically collect usage analytics to understand and improve the game, including when you previously declined analytics or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. We use random browser and session identifiers and collect game activity, broad traffic-source and device categories, country, performance measurements and error categories.
Analytics and hosting use Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network data, including IP addresses, to host and protect the site.
Retention
Browser identifiers expire after 180 days; sessions expire after 30 minutes without tracked activity. Usage events and sessions are deleted after 90 days, and inactive browser records after 180 days.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, or receive your data in a portable format. You may also complain to your data protection authority. Contact the operator through the Better Tango Discord.
